Transforming Textile Waste into Women's Wealth

Model 1: Independent Co-Owned SANA Hubs

Groups of 10 trained women become co-owners and managers of a fully equipped hub after completing a 12-month training and incubation program. Each hub transitions to full financial and operational independence within 24 months.

Model 2: Partnership SANA Hub Sections

HoaW MSINGI works with garment manufacturers and fashion houses to set up SANA Hub production sections within their existing facilities. Rather than throwing away fabric cut-outs and other textile waste, partner companies create organized upcycling units where vulnerable women are formally employed.

HoaW MSINGI contributes by supplying the necessary machinery, offering hands-on technical training, and providing continued mentorship. In turn, partner companies offer workspace, day-to-day supervision, and access to markets. This approach helps companies cut down on waste and reduce their environmental footprint, while also creating decent jobs and practical skills development opportunities for 5–10 vulnerable women per partnership.
